Reset Your Energy with Distance Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that has origins in Japan. It works to address imbalances on an energetic, emotional, spiritual and physical level. It can assist people dealing with anxiety, grief, insomnia, traumas, etc. A distance Reiki session begins with a short call where we discuss what's coming up for you: what you're feeling, where you feel stuck, and any mind and/or discomfort you want to address.

You'll then get comfortable in your own space while I spend 30 minutes working with your energy field remotely. Most people choose to lie down, close their eyes, and simply receive. After the session, we reconnect on a follow-up call to talk through what I noticed, what came up, and what home care practices will support your integration in the days that follow.

This is for you if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or like something is off but you can't quite name it.

Human Design is a system that combines astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and quantum physics into a single blueprint of how you’re uniquely wired-how you make decisions, where your energy is consistent, and how you’re designed to move through the world.

In this reading, we'll pull your chart and walk through your Type, Strategy, Authority, and the key themes that show up in how you work, relate, and show up in the world. It's permission to stop doing it everyone else's way.

Come with your birth date, time, and place. Leave with a framework that finally makes sense of who you've always been.
